Decisions in the handwork
Walnut, maple, and purple heart have always been one of my favorite combinations. The colors complement each other beautifully and create a look that feels both classic and contemporary.
To balance the warmth of the hardwoods, I chose matte black pipe-style handles inspired by industrial design. The result is a tray that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern character, built to be used, enjoyed, and admired for years to come.
